    Comparatively this process takes longer time of around 10-15 days. This change must be approved by the shareholders of the company by passing a special resolution for changing the registered office from city to another city within state.
  3. Change of registered office from one state to another.
    The process of changing registered office from one state to another state is quite complex and it is subject to approval of Regional Director of ROC.
