Ministry of Finance in a recent circular no-12 dated 25th<\/sup> June 2021<\/strong> gave the extension of time limits of certain compliances to provide relief to taxpayers in view of the ongoing pandemic:<\/p>\n

Below are the due dates of compliances extended:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. The TDS return<\/a> for the last quarter of the FY 2020-21 is further extended to 15th<\/sup> July<\/strong>, which is earlier due on 30th<\/sup> June 2021.<\/li>\n
  2. The due date of Issuance of Form 16 to the employees by the employer which is due on 15th<\/sup> July 2021 is further extended to 31st<\/sup> July 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. The due date to furnish Form No.64D<\/strong> (Statement of Income paid or credited by an investment fund to its unitholders) for the FY 2020-2021 which is due on 30th<\/sup> June is further extended to 15th<\/sup> July 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. The due date to furnish Form No.64C <\/strong>(Statement of Income paid or credited by an investment fund to its unitholders) for the FY 2020-2021 which is due on 30th<\/sup> June is further extended to 31st<\/sup> July 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The due date to furnish Form 10A\/Form No.10AB which is due on 30th<\/sup> June is further extended to 31st<\/sup> August 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0<\/strong>The compliances to be made by the taxpayers as per sections 54 to 54GB of the Incometax Act between 1st April 2021 to 29th<\/sup> September 2021 (both days inclusive), completed on 30th September 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Issuance of Form No. 15CC by an authorized dealer for the quarter ending on 30th<\/sup> June 2021, which is due on 15th<\/sup> July is extended to 31st<\/sup> July 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. The equalization levy statement in Form No-1 for the FY 2020-2021 is extended to 31st<\/sup> July 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Uploading of the declarations received from recipients in Form No. 15G\/15H during the quarter ending on 30th June 2021, is extended to 31st<\/sup> August 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. Linkage of PAN with Aadhar is extended to 30th<\/sup> September 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  11. The last date of Payment of Vivad se Viswad Scheme is extended to:
    \n31st<\/sup> August<\/strong> \u2013 Without Additional Amount
    \n31st<\/sup> October<\/strong> \u2013 With Additional Amount<\/li>\n
  12. Time Limit for Passing Assessment Order is extended to 30th<\/sup> September 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
